TRAVELING GUEST INFORMATION
To make your planning as easy as possible, we’ve provided suggestions for accommodations, transportation and fun things to do while you’re in town. Read below for information on the Hotel and transportation (especially for those flying in), what to pack, and things to keep in mind for your travels. In the menu bar we have made a separate page for our local recommendations.

ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved the entire hotel from Thursday August 19th through Sunday August 22nd. There are a total of 29 rooms at the hotel and they all fit 1-2 people per room. If you want or need hotel accommodations, please let us know right away so that we can reserve your room(s). Rooms are roughly $200/night with a wonderful breakfast buffet included every morning. All reservations and payment will be done through Sofia. Please email your names and how many rooms you need to sofiaclindell@gmail.com
TRANSPORTATION
Fly to Copenhagen Airport.
You can either take a taxi straight from the airport to the hotel, or you can take a train directly from the airport to Sweden. If you decide to take the train, you will get off on the first stop, Hyllie Station. In Hyllie, you have the option of taking a local bus that will bring you down to Skanör, or we would suggest taking a taxi straight to the hotel from the train station for convenience.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

WHAT TO PACK (AND WHAT NOT TO)
Power adapter will convert your chargers and likely to European outlets. Keep in mind that the voltage in Sweden is much lower than in the US, therefore, your hair straightener or likely might perform much weaker than you are used to
Bring a copy of your passport - to be on the safe side
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Sweden is a cash free country - do not take out cash before traveling, and do not expect to use cash anywhere
Be mindful of what items you decide to check versus bring as a carry on. Always have a spare outfit and necessities in your carry-on. Also, do not check your high valuable items (jewelry or an expensive pair of shoes, whatever it is, carry it on the plane yourself).
